I care about your privacy. Below I explain what data I collect, why, and what rights you have. This document applies to mdz.solutions.
Data controller

What data I collect
The website has no form that stores data in a database. If you contact me by email, WhatsApp or phone, I receive the data you choose to share: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Analytics
I use Plausible Analytics - privacy-friendly European analytics that does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. The data is aggregated and cannot identify a specific person.
Legal basis and purpose
I process data to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I do not send a newsletter without your consent and I do not sell data.
How long I keep data
I keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and cooperation, and then for the period required by law. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to object. Just write to biuro@mdz.solutions. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
Cookies
The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Any technical cookies may be used solely to ensure the website works correctly.
